Trakk Kenya Adventures – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Trakk Kenya Adventures! Before booking any of our services, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due before the start of the tour.
  • Payment methods include bank transfers, or Mpesa only. (in local currency).

3. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing.
  • Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy:
    • More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund (minus any transaction fees).
    • 15 to 30 days before the tour: 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.
    • No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of the tour.

4. Health and Safety

  • Participants must be in good health and physically fit for the chosen activity.
  • Follow safety guidelines provided by our guides during tours.
  • Trakk Kenya Adventures is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues during the tour.

5. Travel Insurance

  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events (cancellations, medical emergencies, etc.).

6. Changes to Itinerary

  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other factors.
  • Alternative arrangements will be provided whenever possible.

7. Responsibility

  • Trakk Kenya Adventures acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (lodges, airlines, etc.).
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third parties.
  • Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

8. Code of Conduct

  • Respect local customs, wildlife, and the environment.
  • Follow instructions from guides and adhere to park rules.
  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy

  • We collect and store personal information for booking purposes only.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by Kenyan law.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts.
